Local Delivery Policy

Deliveries will be made to addresses within the NG33 postcode area or within 5 miles of Colsterworth unless prior agreement is made.

Deliveries will be handed over to a resident or placed on the doorstep. We will endeavour to follow specific instructions whenever they are given at point of order (such as leave in a safe place / a specified neighbour etc.). A photo will be taken and emailed to you so you can locate it.

If no safe place has been given, then we will place your order on or near the front door. If a delivery fails or is spoiled because you were not home and did not specify an alternative arrangement, we do not offer a refund or replacement.

Delivery times will be agreed or published at point of order.
