We make every effort to avoid artificial ingredients, while minimising ultra processed foods. We don't use the following 'e' numbers in any of our standard bakes*: E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129, E171

Our bakery ovens draw a significant portion of their electricity directly from solar power, reducing our carbon footprint.

Our Take-Home Dessert range is packed in specialized CPET containers made from up to 80% recycled material.
